1. Hocus Pocus (1993) – A family-friendly favorite, I just watched this move, actually … this film follows three witches who are resurrected on Halloween night.
2. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) – This animated Tim Burton classic combines the worlds of Halloween and Christmas, making it a perfect choice for the entire holiday season.
3. Beetlejuice (1988) – This darkly comedic film follows a recently deceased couple as they hire a “bio-exorcist” to remove the living from their home.
4. The Addams Family (1991) – This quirky and spooky family has been a Halloween favorite for generations. Speaking of Addams Family, I know this is a blog bout movies, but the Addams Family show called Wednesday Adams is a really good show to watch, regardless of the time of year it is. I recommend giving that a chance if you haven’t already.
5. The Shining (1980) – For a scarier option, definitely a step up from Addams Family, lol, Stanley Kubrick’s adaptation of Stephen King’s novel is a classic haunted house story with incredible performances.

7. Ghostbusters (1984) – This comedy-horror classic is a lighthearted take on the supernatural, making it a great choice for Halloween.
